“The Art of Meditation is a powerful yet effortless technique that allows the conscious mind to experience the silent depths of its own nature. It can be practiced anywhere you can sit comfortably with your eyes closed. The profound relaxation brings the mind and body results in clearer thinking, increased energy, enhanced performance, better physical health, improved relationships and greater peace of mind.”
To paint a portrait meditating is simply a beautiful and unique experience. What I have learned in this session is how to sit there in peace, smile once in a while, and do the most comfortable pose you can think of. And that my friend is the Lotus position. 🙂 Thanks to the power of meditation, we have done a few pieces in one session.
Please enjoy my photographs during our recent portrait session with the Pasig Art Club.
Welcome! Located in Pasig City, this fairly new temple was built by my dad and his team.
I am so proud to finally see it in person. 🙂 It was so serene inside.
(I am respectfully undisclosing the name here)
I truly admire their discipline and respect their culture
This is my dad’s favorite part of the temple
This is me in action. Charcoal on paper.
